Even though Jesus is actually the "reason for the season" - who doesn't love Santa Claus?  All kids have a fascination with Santa.  I STILL love the whole Santa idea myself, and I'm 40 years old now! :-)  We'll start here, then move right into the Nativity images.

Linked below there is a wonderful solution to those "Santa Letters" for the kids, friends and family.  Every year for Christmas I have went to Ebay and searched out "letters from Santa" or "Santa letters" until I found an auction that looked good.  The boys, my nieces, nephews and little brother all receive these letters from Santa every year for quite a while now.  The kids absolutely LOVE them.

There have been problems with this over the years however.  For one, we have received some damaged mail.  We have also had delays, so that one child (in the same house) received a letter, but the other one didn't.  Try to explain THAT once.

If you click on the Big Santa below, you'll be taken to a website that solves these problems.  Another one of those buy it once - and reuse for years thing... which you can't beat.  PLUS, you can customize the letters to say exactly what you want, instead of having "canned" response letters.  In those, they put your child's name in, a few of their favorite toys, and you can add a couple other things - but they are essentially "canned" so that they all say basically the same thing.  Not too great with two or more kids in the house who compare letters. :-P
